I had been looking forward to doing this workshop since first seeing Pippa’s work a year previously and have got to say it exceeded my expectations, starting with the lovely handwritten card acknowledging my booking - an unexpected and thoughtful touch.
On the day itself, Pippa was incredibly generous in sharing her knowledge and skills, explaining everything clearly before we started and then spending time with us all individually, offering advice and encouragement or more hands-on assistance as needed. Her experienced eye was invaluable in suggesting options for the most satisfying design and, as a result, I’m thrilled with my finished Memory Box.
The venue in Clerkenwell was perfect for a small workshop, the refreshments were plentiful and the atmosphere throughout was fun and friendly - thank you, Pippa, for creating and hosting such a thoroughly enjoyable day!

I actually met Pippa exactly 1 year ago when I saw she offered workshops. They had all sold out and she luckily resumed them this year. I might have been the first one to book:) I knew I would love creating a personal memory box, but I didn't know the workshop would be so incredible! Everything was thought through, everything was pre-prepared for us. The venue is stunning with amazing daylight. Pippa is super knowledgeable, super helpful and super generous. She gives away all her industry secrets and you can tell she thrives on teaching her students. I absolutely loved every minute and the result speaks for itself (thank you Pippa for all your invaluable help to make my memory box look as good as it does). Now I want to gather a different collection so I can book another workshop, that's how brilliant it was. I cannot recommend it high enough.

Having seen Pippa's work I was keen to have a go at making my own collection and couldn't have been more pleased with the result and the workshop. All materials were ready for us and Pippa gave us excellent tuition, put us all at our ease and was also more than happy to give hands on help when needed. The memory box workshop was so good. Pippa had prepared everything beautifully and was endlessly patient and encouraging. She was great at explaining everything and answering all our questions. Although I could not finish my box on the day, I learned all the techniques and tips I needed and I am delighted with my piece. I am inspired to do more.

I absolutely loved everything about Pippa's Memory Box workshop: from the inspiring and beautiful location to her passion of memory boxes and artistic view. It was lovely to spend a day with like-minded creative people and I welcomed Pippa's guidance and help on my memory box. She is super friendly, very helpful, informative and explained everything very well. It was my first memory box, but I'm sure it wasn't the last! The process may look scary and tricky but everybody can learn and do it. I can't recommend Pippa and her workshops highly enough.

I first met Pippa a few years ago at an event in London where I saw one of her compositions, I had waited patiently for the workshops to be announced and was delighted that I have just been on my first, it won’t be my last. I had a box of my late Dad's treasures sitting undisplayed for a few years, and the moment I met Pippa and saw her work I finally knew what I wanted to do with them!
