Packaging
Where possible all the packaging I use to delivery items safely to you is recyclable, in some cases biodegradable.

Postage & Shipping
I aim to post out orders within 3 days of receiving them. During busy times this might not be possible and could be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK and Guernsey Deliveries
All parcels are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class and for orders above £50 they will be send track/sign for. 

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class letters and parcels one day after they're dispatched, however we advice you allow 3 working days from the date of posting due to possible unforeseen circumstances that might effect delivery.

£2.95 – Orders between £0-£19.99
£3.95 –Orders between £20-£39.99
£5.95 –Orders between £40-£99.99
£7.95 –Orders between £100-£550
Free –Orders between £550-£10,000

International orders - I currently do not offer international delivery through my website, please get in touch with me at hello@pipparyan.com to arrange an international delivery.

Pricing and payments
We reserve the right to adjust prices or postage costs, at any time without notice.

All payments are processed in British pounds sterling. All payments are processed through Shopify.

Once payment has been received we will process and send you your order. If we can't fulfil your order due to products being unavailable, we will email and inform you that we have cancelled your order and will fully refund your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion and in this instance will refund any payments which have been taken.
